| Heart Smart Team was founded by Antwan S. McCoy 2003 in response to the growing need for CPR and workplace safety training to both the business and community sector. In 2006 Myra J. McCoy teamed up with her husband and became an AHA certified instructor. Heart Smart Team is affiliated with the AHA Mid-Atlantic Region and the Cone Health Training Center. Since its foundation, Heart Smart Team has educated hundreds of organizations and thousands of students, and we have maintained an excellent reputation. We are now excited to provide training to international clients such as O'Grady Peyton International. All of our instructors are certified by the American Heart Association Our office is located in the heart of Greensboro, NC at the corner of Lee Street / Elm Street in the Old "Greensborough" Gateway Center; 620 South Elm Street - Suite 327 Greensboro, NC 27406 Heart Smart Team is located within the City of Greensboro to provide surrounding triad area Healthcare Provider and Lay Rescuer CPR, Advance Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advance Life Support, Bloodborne Pathogens, Automated External Defibrillator, Basic Electrocardiogram Monitoring (EKG) and more. We are fully equipped with the latest training literature and equipment to provide you with the highest quality training in this area. Our teaching services are approved and meet all ECC / OSHA First Aid, Emergency Cardiovascular Care, Infection Control, and AHA 2010 guidelines for workplace / healthcare training. Our certified American Heart Association instructors will ensure that your certification needs are met with professionalism and to the highest standards. All of our courses are tailored to the needs of the company and each student receives documentation acceptable to all regulating organizations listed above.
