Heart Smart Team was founded by Antwan S. McCoy 2003 in response to the
growing need for CPR and workplace safety training to both the business and
community sector. In 2006 Myra J. McCoy teamed up with her husband and
became a certified AHA BLS Instructor to help with the companies training
endeavors. In 2008 Heart Smart Team became an AHA Training Site under the
Mid-Atlantic Region Moses Cone Health System Training Center. Since its
foundation, Heart Smart Team has educated hundreds of organizations and
thousands of students, and we have maintained an excellent reputation. We are
now excited to provide training to international clients such as O'Grady Peyton
International. Heart Smart Team's employs two full-time instructors and
twenty on-call instructors. All of our instructors are Certified CPR / First Aid /
ACLS instructors by the American Heart Association and our overseeing
training center is Moses Cone Health System. Our office is located in the heart
of Greensboro, NC at the corner of Lee Street / Elm Street in the Old
"Greensborough" Gateway Center;
